ACTS IN 90 DAYS A reading for Thursday, October 8, 2020: Acts 28:23-31 . "He lived there two whole years at his own expense and welcomed all who came to him, proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance." And that's a wrap! It has taken us longer than 90 days to read through Acts, but perhaps it's fitting that we have persevered just as Paul did. Today we read, in the final words of the book, that Paul remained in Rome preaching and teaching "unhindered" for two years. Some scholars believe Paul never left Rome but remained there until his death. Truth is, we don't know exactly what happened to Paul. What we do know is that he remained faithful against all odds to continue to lead Jews and Gentiles to the Kingdom. Thanks to all that have persevered and made this journey with us.
