The Fellowship of Encouragement
ACTS IN 90 DAYS
A reading for Wednesday, August 26, 2020: Acts 20:1-6.
"When he had gone through those regions and had given the believers much encouragement, he came to Greece..."
Paul and all the others that traveled with him seemed to have had a singular mission. They lived to encourage the believers in all the towns and villages they visited, from Macedonia to Greece and beyond.
This is still the calling of those that follow Jesus. To encourage one another. Perhaps in the times in which we live, there is no greater calling. Give some encouragement to your church leaders, to those that have had to struggle with church in the midst of Covid.
I wonder how the story will be written someday about us, the fellowship of encouragement.
