Do Not Worry... Trust!
A reading for Thursday, February 25, 2016: Matthew 6:25-34.
Jesus said, "I tell you, do not worry about your life..." Worry is the constant thought that something bad will happen, and we will not be okay when it does.
When Jesus says "do not worry" I wonder if we might also hear him saying "trust!" God knows what we need and how to keep us safe, so trust in God to care for you and you will be okay.
Thank you God for loving and caring for us always! Help us to trust in you... and we will not worry.
