Let Love Be Love
A reading for Friday, April 24, 2015: Luke 5:12-26.
"Only if we give it away, Can love be love." -Ziggy Marley
"Lord, if you choose, you can make me clean.' Then Jesus stretched out his hand, touched him, and said, 'I do choose."
More than anything else, Jesus gave away love to those he encountered. The poor... the lame... the blind... the crippled... the lost... the prisoner... the outcast... "Friend, your sins are forgiven you."
Jesus chose to give love to each of them, and to us too. So that we can do the same in his name. Let love be love today. Give it away...
Happy Friday!
