Keep Going
A reading for Monday, July 28, 2014: Matthew 27:24-31.
Winston Churchill said, "If you are going through hell, keep going." Often when we are in the midst of something painful and difficult, we don't have the perspective to know how it's going to turn out. So don't quit. Keep going. Trust in God that something good can turn out of even the worst of circumstances.
Jesus believed he was in the hands of God, even when the Romans did their worst. It turned out, and because of Jesus we can trust that we too are in the hands of God. Keep going... What some mean for evil can be used by God for good.
