God Shows Up
A reading for Friday, April 25, 2014: Luke 24:1-12.
Don't be surprised if God shows up in your life in some unpredictable way. God comes when we are doing our duty, or when we are frustrated or convicted about an injustice, or when we have decided that it's just not true or worth the effort... that's when God shows up.
Stoop down like Peter and look into the darkness of the tomb again and see that Jesus is risen just as he said. God shows up in the most unlikely of places.
"Lord, open my eyes that I might see glimpses of truth thou has for me."
